While our cushions and fabrics are not waterproof, they are extremely durable and water-resistant.

How can I recycle my furniture?

When you decide to replace your Neuwood Living furniture, you can visit Forward Materials (the maker of Neuwood Living Furniture) website to request for a Product Recovery code. You will then receive an email with simple instructions on how to prepare your furniture for recycling free of charge

How do I clean my Neuwood Living Furniture?

Always use a mild soap solution to scrub, rinse, and dry all your Neuwood furniture.

How do I clean the fabric on my cushions?

For removable cover, please remove them from the cushions and close all zippers. Machine wash cold on the delicate cycle with a mild laundry detergent, then air cry your cover fabric.

For a non-removable cover, please use a soft brush to brush away loose dirt then spray the cover with a solution of mild detergent and soap. Let the solution soak then rinse thoroughly and air dry.

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the US.

Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the US only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items generally ships within 2-3 business days. Out of stock items usually ships 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your order.

How long does it take to receive my furniture?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it can take an estimated 3-5 days to reach our local delivery partner who will arrange for delivery at your earliest convenience.

Can I pick my delivery date?

Once your order reaches our local delivery partner, they will call to schedule a delivery time at your earliest convenience.

Where will my order ship from?

Your orders will be shipped directly from one of our US warehouses in either New Jersey or California.
